Gautamiputra Satakarni Movie Review & Rating:

Balakrishna is huge plus point in this movie, You can’t imagine any other present generation actor who can excel in the way Balakrishna did in the role of Satakarni. His dialogue delivery is top notch in the film. One can see his hard work clearly on the screen. Shriya did justice to her role. She was beautiful in the role of queen. Hemamalini did a decent job even though her character was limited in the movie. Shivraj Kumar excelled in the role of story teller.

One can see Krish’s passion for the movie in every frame of the movie. It isn’t possible to complete a historical movie like this one with a very limited budget and time. That clearly depicts the passion of Krish for movies. The way he handled the movie is appreciable. Dialogues by Sai Madhav Burra were the major asset in the movie. With the dialogues penned by him gave goosebumps when Balakrishna delivered them on the big screen. There are many brilliant one-liners penned by him. Chirrantan Bhatt did a decent job in scoring music for the movie. BGM was just fine. Editing could have been better in the second half. Considering the budget of the film, we can’t blame the quality levels of VFX. Cinematography by Gnana Shekar V.S was top notch.
